A late 19th Century Optician's trail case, by Curry & Paxton, 195, Gt. Portland St. London. The case compartmentalised to house spherical concave and convex lenses, cylindrical convex and concave lenses, smoked, blue and prism lenses. This complete set !! which is rare and housed in a beautiful mahogany box with blue plush-lining in the interior and bevelled glazing to the lid, a brass escutheon (no key) and two disc locks.
